With the tournament fast approaching, the fixture offers both sides a valuable opportunity to gain match experience and fine-tune their squads ahead of the tournament.
Ireland will begin their U20 Championship campaign on June 29 against Georgia at the Stadio San Michele. They will then travel to Viadana to face hosts Italy at the Stadio Luigi Zaffanella, before returning to the Stadio San Michele for a much-anticipated final pool stage clash with New Zealand.
Local interest will be high this Friday, as Ulster Academy players Henry Walker, Tom McAllister, and Clark Logan—who all featured in last week’s win over Ulster A—are expected to line out once again for the Ireland U20s.
Kick-off is at 1:00 PM, with gates opening at 12:00 PM.

Parking is available within the stadium via Mount Merrion Avenue on a first come first served basis.
