The Irish Rugby Football Union has announced the nationwide rollout of its Rugby Faculty programme, after a successful trial across the four provinces last season.
The Rugby Faculty provides schools and clubs with the tools to develop their own rugby "curriculum” to help each player and coach gain the best rugby experience and training available.
While each programme will contain the same core principles, each will be unique to reflect the club or school's vision, ambitions, resources, commitment and culture.
