Following another resounding success from last seasons 'Your Club, Your Country' IRFU Competition, the IRFU in association with Ulster Bank are pleased to inform you that this club fund raising initiative will run once again this season.
Last year with the support of our valued sponsors and partners, the Grand Draw and Competition raised over €;650,000 for eligible clubs throughout Ireland. This season the hope is to increase this figure even further.
Getting involved could not be easier for your club. All of the prizes are provided by the IRFU and their family of
partners, leaving your club free to sell up to a maximum of 1,600 IRFU Competition tickets and retain 100% of the
amount from those sales to support your club activities during the season.
TO BECOME A PARTICIPATING CLUB:
• Complete the enclosed registration of participation form and return to Lesley McGaughey, IRFU (Ulster Branch), 134 Mount Merrion Avenue, Belfast BT6 0FT.
• By completing and submitting the form you are agreeing in full to the terms and conditions of the draw (see reverse).
• Upon receipt of the form, each club will then be sent their Competition pack. This includes 1,600 tickets with a value of £5 per ticket, a completion form and promotional posters.
• Competition packs will be available from Friday, 30th September 2016. To arrange collection or delivery please contact Lesley McGaughey. Telephone 028 9049 3111 (ext 224) or email lesley.mcgaughey@ulsterrugby.com.
• All sold ticket counterfoils and unsold tickets must be returned before 5pm on Wednesday, 7th December 2016 in order to be included in the ‘Your Club Your Country’ IRFU Competition 2016. The completion form must accompany all returned tickets. Return postal address as per above.
• The draw will take place on Monday, 19th December 2016.
