We are inviting female participants born in 1997, 1998 and 1999 to come along and try out for the chance to represent Ulster Rugby at an Irish 7s Blitz in Dublin on 18th April.
This event is a defined part of the Irish Women’s rugby pathway, and is an opportunity to represent Ireland in rugby at age grade level. No experience of rugby is necessary; all that is required is an enthusiasm to give it your all in a sporting environment. Just come along and give it a try!
Last year, this process saw three representatives from Ulster; Shannen Lane (Loreto College/Cavan RFC), Erin Caughey (Grosvenor Grammar School/Queen’s University RFC) and Kathryn Dane (Enniskillen Collegiate/Enniskillen RFC, pictured above), come through this process to represent Ireland in the first ever European U18 7s Championships.
