Jack Scores An Extra Special Pe Class Thanks To Dale Farm And Ulster Rugby

Jack Simpson (age 13) of Friends School, Lisburn, was the lucky winner of a recent Dale Farm and Ulster Rugby competition, scoring a visit from three top Ulster Rugby players to his school for a PE session with a difference.

Having entered the competition on the Ulster Rugby website, Jack’s school was paid a special visit from three top players – Tommy Bowe, Wiehahn Herbst and Nick Williams. Dale Farm, official dairy supplier to Ulster Rugby, provided Jack with £100 worth of Dale Farm dairy products and a signed Ulster Rugby ball as part of his prize.

The Ulster Rugby players answered questions about their diet, training and fitness schedule, as well as demonstrating some of their expert passing and tackling tips and sharing some insight into what it’s like being a professional athlete.
