Join Us: Club & Community Development Officer

Ulster Rugby are currently inviting applications for the role of Club and Community Development Officer. The post holder will be responsible for the development and delivery of existing and new club development and community outreach programmes on behalf of the IRFU (Ulster Branch) to support the continued development of rugby clubs within Ulster. The successful candidate will have either a 3rd level qualification in a discipline that included sports development or 2 years work experience in sports development, community development or club Development. Additionally, they should have experience of working with volunteers and working across a multi-disciplinary team. They should have access to a form of transport that will permit them to meet the requirements of the post in full the ability to work unsociable hours, including evenings & weekends is key. This post is supported by funding from the Department for Communities and is being offered on a fixed term contract basis from date of commencement until 31st March 20222.
