Over the past few months Ballymoney RFC Youth Coaches Stephen Tweed and Mark Culbertson have been delivering taster rugby sessions to boys and girls from Lady of Lourdes School in Ballymoney.
At their final session last Thursday the players received a certificate for participation and the school also received an IRFU Play Rugby pack to enable them to continue rugby activities during games. Ballymoney coach, Stephen Tweed commented, "This was a great opportunity for the club to reach out to the school and meet their demands for rugby as well as promoting all that our club has to offer. We hope that next season we will also be able to reach out to other schools in the area."
