We are thrilled to welcome Paul Kilgannon, a Performance Coach, Author and Creator of The CARVER Coaching Framework which is used internationally across a number of sports, workplaces and educational institutes.

He consults with Companies, as well as Educational and Sporting Organisations in the area of creating healthy learning and performance environments.

  • Safe & Effective Contact: Learn the best coaching considerations for tackle technique and how to safely introduce younger age groups to contact.
