Ballynahinch captain Morrow, who has featured in the squad for the past two seasons, will start at outside centre. McMaster of Queen’s University RFC, has been named in the squad for the first time and will provide cover for starting outhalf David Joyce.
Twelve clubs are represented in the 23 man squad, with Lansdowne, the reigning Ulster Bank League Division 1A champions, having five representatives, while current table toppers Clontarf have four, including Division 1A's top try scorer Mick McGrath.
The Ireland Club International side takes on Scotland Clubs at Temple Hill (Cork Constitution RFC) at 7.30pm this Friday before facing the English Counties at Mowden Park (Newcastle) on 21st February.
Tierney who won 8 caps for Ireland is the current Garryowen head coach and he will be assisted by fellow former international Mick O'Driscoll who is part of the Cork Con coaching team. Garryowen's Seamus McDermott fills the role of team manager.
