In this section of our Model Club, we look at Randalstown RFC and how the club came to appoint their honorary secretary.
The club took the unconventional approach of appointing a younger person in Jack Hampton to replace the long-serving John Curry.
To examine how this change came about, and how the 2 men handled this transition, they were interviewed by our Club Services Officer, Matthew Holmes.
