The new kit is available to purchase now in store at Kingspan Stadium or online at ulsterrugbyshop.com.
The new jersey strikes a stunning tone with a continuation of the provincial saffron colour that has become a more prominent feature of Ulster's kits and leisurewear in recent seasons.
Complementing the saffron are red and blue piping, with the front-facing sponsors logos all appearing in flat navy and the Ulster logo in full colour.
Taking pride of place above the Ulster Rugby logo is a red star in recognition of the province's finest hour - the 1999 European Cup victory.
On the significance of the wearing the new kit for European competition, Ulster scrum-half John Cooney, said:
“It’s huge. When you are going from one competition to another it’s nice to put on a different kit, knowing that it represents our European journey.
“Wearing the provincial colours definitely makes a difference. It represents the flag and anytime we wear the colours within that, I feel like I’m representing the wider province.”
The launch video also features work by local artist Nicholas Hamilton, who sketched an incredibly lifelike portrait of Cooney in the new shirt.
Nicholas specialises in pencil sketch portraits and several videos of his celebrity sketches have gone viral, helping him build a social following of more than 85,000. Among the sport stars Nicholas has sketched are Irish mixed martial artist Conor McGregor and Real Madrid goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois, who recently hosted Nicholas at the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium.
