ELECTRONIC TEAM SHEETS
This enables clubs to submit their team sheets online. Once players are registered on Clubhouse they will be available to include on e-teamsheets from the next day. Players cannot appear on e-teamsheets unless they have been registered on IRFU Cluhouse. Both adult and youth teams are expected to use e-teamsheets for the 2013-14 season. Reinstatement of players will also be made through e-teamsheets. Training has been provided for clubs on how to use the system.
REFEREE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
This system assists with selection of referee appointments, referee notification of matches and referee reports through text messages and online. Once a referee texts the result of a match it will appear on the fixtures and results section of the Ulster Branch website. Again training has been provided.
FIXTURES/RESULTS & LEAGUE TABLES
Sports Manager will collate all fixtures and update results and league tables in a comprehensive system. It will allow users to search for fixtures/results by date, team or competition. CLICK HERE TO VIEW.
COMMUNICATION
The Clubhouse system will replaceSeasonmaster, with emails sent to personal email addresses to speed up responses and improve the communication flow.
