Newry RFC is one of four lucky clubs (one from each province) to win a support package worth £4,400 each, through the Ulster Bank RugbyForce initiative.
The initiative which provides rugby clubs with support to renovate their club and upgrade their facilities, saw Birr RFC, Midleton RFC and Westport RFC successful in the other provinces.

Four clubs from Ulster - Ballymoney, Cavan, Dromore and Inishowen - have been named on a shortlist of 16 rugby clubs also in with a chance of being named as an Ulster Bank RugbyForce winner.
These 16 rugby clubs will now be put to a public vote and the club with the highest number of votes will be named as the fifth winner of the support package worth £4,400.
Voting opened on Monday 13th May and will remain open until Friday 24th May. Votes can be cast online by clicking here.
All winning clubs will also receive a special training session from an IRFU coach and two Irish rugby stars.
