The fixtures meeting for clubs will be on Monday 4th August in the Premium Stand at the Kingspan Stadium, beginning at 5.00pm.
All Leagues will be dealt with on the one evening with the call over for Qualifying and 2nd XV Leagues being at 5.45pm. The call over for all other leagues will be at 6.30pm. Access to the building will be available from 4.45pm.
Clubs should ensure that they have a sufficient number of persons present to represent all of their teams.
