Ulster Rugby is currently inviting applications for the post of Events Executive.
The job holder will provide operational support to the Ticketing & Events Manager and work closely with all departments to deliver exceptional match day and non-match day events.
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Events Management (or similar relevant degree) with a minimum of two years of experience in a role that has included events. The successful candidate will have experience of working in a client focused role and also working within a team environment.
It is essential that the successful candidate has experience of dealing with risk assessments and Health and Safety regulations, along with experience of using MS Office. An understanding of SGSA’s Green Guide 6th Edition would be desirable.
The role will require the successful candidate to be flexible to accommodate occasional spikes in workload along with being available to work at all Ulster Rugby matches and events (which involves frequent evening and weekend work).
This is a permanent full-time position (subject to the successful completion of a 6-month probationary period).
