On Monday 3rd June, ORNE Community Partnership, a joint venture between Ophir RFC and St. Enda's GAC, will hold a 'Sport for Change' event to look at the history of sport relating to the conflict in Northern Ireland.
The event will include a presentation by ORNE Community Partnership, showing the work in practice between Ophir RFC and St Enda’s GAC (Naomh Éanna) as they use sport as a medium to promote reconciliation within their locality.
Guest Speaker: Dr David Hassan - Senior Lecturer, University of Ulster and International Scholar with the International Football Institute.
