Paul Heasley, Fitness Development Officer at Ulster Rugby, has been assisting Craigavon District Council's Multi Use Games Area (MUGA) Co-ordinator Paul Carvill with the delivery of fitness based rugby activities over the past few weeks.
The weekly sessions have been delivered to around 20 kids from the Garvaghy Road area, with the participants developing their rugby skills and enjoying meeting new people.
