Shortly after this, due to high demand, our third-party ticket server went down and was offline for 45 minutes.
Ulster Rugby would like to apologise for the inconvenience that this caused and to thank our season ticket holders for their understanding over the course of the morning.
The club would also like to thank the many hundreds of Season Ticket Holders who travelled to Ravenhill and who queued to buy a Play-Off ticket for their patience.
Due to increasing demand for tickets, as well as the move towards an 18,000 seat capacity stadium, Ulster Rugby has recently appointed a new ticket supplier for the coming season.
This will ensure going forward, that Ulster Rugby season ticket holders and those who buy tickets on a match-by-match basis will experience the best possible service.
Please Note:
Due to demand and to ensure that all our season ticket holders get the chance to buy tickets for the play-off, Priority Booking 1 will now be open until 11am on Tuesday 7th May. Season-ticket holders will be able to purchase online until then, or over the counter from 9am until 11am on Tuesday morning.
A number of fans have expressed difficulties in buying tickets for season ticket accounts with more than one supporter. This is as a result of each person account needing an email address in order to purchase. If you have experienced this problem, please contact our ticket office manager – Norrie Duffin on Norrie.duffin@ulsterrugby.com
