In the latest instalment of this series, Ulster Rugby has produced a ‘Return to Rugby’ best practice video to help coaches support player development.
This video includes a discussion with Jonathon Graham, Rugby Development Officer and Gavin Hogg, Rugby Development Manager, about strategies on how to best use remote training to complement on-pitch activity during this period.
