RIDE OF THE LIONS 2013
During the forthcoming British Lions tour to Australia, a group of rugby enthusiasts and former Lions players will be cycling from Melbourne to Sydney in between the Second and Third Lions Tests. The fifteen strong team of riders will embark on a 1000km route along the coast will include several ex Lions, including Peter Winterbottom, Mike Teague and Roger Uttley and former ‘99 European Cup Winner Derick Topping.
The group have chosen Walking With The Wounded as their charity.? The team of riders are committed to raising as much money for WWTW as possible and as such are self-funding their trips to Australia.
