The home team scored seven tries in total, securing a bonus point and increasing their own chances of qualification from the Pool.
The Ravens are still searching for a first win in the competition this season and will be hoping for better performances in their final Pool games, against Yorkshire Carnegie and Aberavon.
Two tries from Jack Preece and one from Robin Hislop, set up by ex Ulster player Ali Birch, gave Rotherham a 24 points to 3 advantage at the interval with the Ravens only points of the first half coming from the boot of Ballymena's Ritchie McMaster.
The second period started in the worst possible manner with Jacob Stockdale sin binned and Tom Barrett getting a try for the home side.
With the bonus point secured the Titans pressed home their advantage with Preece getting his third try of the afternoon, quickly followed by scores from Jamie Bradley and Michael Keating.
Charlie Butterworth and Paul Jackson did get over for the Ravens but they proved to consolation scores on a difficult afternoon.
