Screening camp for U18 Girls 7s squad to be held on Tuesday 22nd April at Portadown RFC.
SCREENING DAY OUTLINE (approx. timings):
10.00-10.45: Players assemble and register
10.45-11.00: Introduction to players and parents
11.00-12.15: Rugby Session 1
12.15-13.45: Lunch
13.45-14.45: Rugby Session 2
15.00-15.15: Players debrief and depart
PLAYERS SHOULD BRING:
- Shorts, singlet/T-shirt / wet weather clothing
- Gum Shield
- Football/Rugby Boots & Runners
- Your competitive, ‘have a go’ spirit
- Any necessary medication such as asthma inhaler etc
- Packed Lunch
- SIGNED CONSENT FORM ( IF UNDER 18)
