Signed Pink Ducks Raise Almost £2000

Nine pink rubber ducks, individually signed by Ulster Rugby players, were auctioned off late in 2013 to raise funds for Cancer Research UK. Last week the winning bidders had the opportunity to attend a training session at Pirrie Park to collect their item personally. Nine pink rubber ducks, individually signed by Ulster Rugby players, were auctioned off late in 2013 to raise funds for Cancer Research UK.

Last week the winning bidders had the opportunity to attend a training session at Pirrie Park to collect their item personally. The players presented the fans with their pink duck, as well as posing for photos and signing autographs.

The auction raised £1953, with Nick Williams' duck reaching the highest figure at £295.

Over £19000 has been raised for the #KickCancerIntoTouch campaign. Cancer Research UK and Ulster Rugby wish to thank to all staff for their support so far this season.
