Muller has not played since suffering a calf injury against Cardiff Blues in October, while Pienaar returns from international duty with South Africa. Ruan commented this week: "We won't get ahead of ourselves and we definitely won't underestimate Treviso. They've improved so much over the last couple of years. They play a positive brand of rugby and are always willing to have a go. We'll have to be at our best."
