The event, organised by Ulster Rugby staff members Jamie Turkington and Darren McGuigan, was attended by representatives from ten clubs: Monaghan, Omagh, Cavan, Portadown, Donegal Town, Enniskillen, Clogher Valley, Banbridge, Lurgan and Armagh.
The forum was a platform for clubs to gain information on coaching pathways and develop opportunities for their coaches to enhance rugby knowledge. Information regarding participation growth and how this may be developed in clubs was also discussed at length. The forum ensured all clubs had an opportunity to highlight and discuss the work being done to grow youth rugby with instances of good practice shared from club to club.
