The Ulster Rugby Medical Team has issued an injury update ahead of the Ulster versus Barbarians match on 1st June.
Charles Piutau underwent routine ankle surgery yesterday and he is expected to return to training in approximately eight weeks.
In addition, Wiehahn Herbst (knee) and Stuart Olding (ankle) had successful surgery on their respective injuries and both are expected to be fit for start of next season.
