Ulster Rugby Development Staff will be running a workshop on 'Tackle and Ruck in Stage 2 Rugby (12-16)' on Tuesday 17th January @ Lisburn RFC from 7.00-8.30pm.
The aim of this workshop is to up skill coaches on tackle technique and the ruck and how to develop this within their sessions through small sided games and drills.
The workshop will consist of a 20 minute indoor workshop and the outdoor activity will last around an hour.
This workshop is free of charge and open to any of your current club coaches working at this level.
