Ulster Rugby has confirmed details of a programme of one-day camps that will run during the Easter holidays for boys and girls.
Traditional Junior Rugby Camps for boys and girls will be held at six different venues throughout the Easter fortnight, with places costing £15/€15. We are also pleased to introduce an additional School of Excellence, and Girls’ Youth Camp, as part of the Subway Ulster Rugby Easter Camps.
Subway Ulster Rugby Junior Camps
The focus of the Ulster Rugby Junior Camps is on enjoying rugby in a fun and safe environment. These camps are open to both boys and girls aged 6-11 (in Year P3-P7), and previous experience of the game is not required to attend this camp.
Ulster Rugby Camps are player-centred with delivery by our coaches directed to the needs of the participants. Development of the players’ technical and tactical understanding is supported through the use of small sided games throughout the camp.
The rugby activities across the day will include the core rugby skills required by all to participate within the game.
Girls’ Youth Camp
Virginia RFC will host a youth camp for girls aged 10-14 (3rd Class to 2nd Year). Previous experience of the game is not required to attend this camp.
School of Excellence
There will also be a School of Excellence aimed at boys aged 11-15 (in Year 8-11). This camp does require some previous rugby experience and will concentrate on skills development.
Each camp is staffed by appropriately qualified and experienced IRFU accredited coaches and is managed by an experienced Ulster Rugby staff member.

The cost to attend any of the Easter Camps is just £15/€15, with discounts available for additional family members attending the same camp. Each participant will receive a promotional code to claim a free Kingspan Stadium tour, including a visit to The Nevin Spence Centre.
