Successful inaugural year for the Ulster Rugby Foundation

The Ulster Rugby Foundation has raised over £30,000 since launching last summer, thanks to generous donations from supporters, clubs and sponsors.

Launched last August, the Ulster Rugby Foundation has raised in excess of an incredible £30,000 - with the Foundation today expressing its thanks to everyone who generously supported throughout the season. From online donations, buying a raffle ticket to supporting the Foundation volunteers - it all makes a difference.

The Ulster Rugby Foundation aims to create opportunities that inspire people of all ages and abilities to get involved in rugby. As a charity, the Foundation is committed to using the power of sport to have a positive impact on participants' lives and the local community.

The initial areas of focus included supporting rugby programmes throughout Ulster that make a real difference to the lives of young people, women & girls and people with disabilities. Rugby is a tool that can enhance physical and mental health, inclusivity and education.

The Ulster Rugby Foundation is reliant on raising funds and your support is incredibly important - with 100% of funds raised contributing directly towards the Foundation.
