Ulster Rugby are seeking submissions for a Tender for Transport.
This is Good Relations Funding and will involve schools in close proximity being paired for activities.
Outline of requirements:
1. Collect schools across the province and bring to Kingspan Stadium and return to school x 40 schools (max 30 pupils and 3 teachers per school). Only 2 schools at a time. Possibly 2 sessions – 1 in the morning and 1 in afternoon.
2. Bring 20 schools to an agreed local venue, near the school, possibly one of the twinned schools. Will be across the province. (Return trip)
3. Bring twinned schools to an agreed rugby club for a blitz activity, in their local area. Maximum of 20 schools at each blitz.
Money available is £10,800 ex. VAT.
Only one invoice will be accepted for the above amount.
Delivery of this event will start in November 2016 and finish in March 2017. Dates will be notified no later than 4 working days before coach is required.
Completed tenders should be submitted to ruth.harper@ulsterrugby.com no later than 12noon on Friday 7th October. Late submissions will not be considered.
