Ticketing FAQS: Advice for Ulster Supporters

To help as best we can, we have compiled a list of our most Frequently Asked Questions below. I am a Season Ticket / Game Pass holder, what should I do? From Monday 8 June, Season Ticket holders will be entitled to claim an account credit of 20% of the value of their Season Ticket. Game Pass holders - Ulster Rugby’s Half Season Ticket - will be entitled to claim a 50% account credit. All claims must be made to the club by 5pm on Tuesday 30 June. Please check your email inbox for further information. I am also a Bar Pass / Car Park Pass holder, what should I do?  Season Ticket Holders with either a Bar Pass or Car Park Pass are also entitled to a credit of 20% of the value of their pass. If you choose to claim the credit amount on your Season Ticket, the 20% of credit for your pass will automatically be added to your account. There is no need to make a separate application for credit on either a Bar Pass or Car Park Pass. Please check your email inbox and Ulster Rugby Account Manager for further information. I have a ticket for a 2019/20 postponed Guinness PRO14 match at Kingspan Stadium, what should I do? I have chosen to claim the credit I am entitled to. What can I spend it on? The credit held on your Ulster Rugby Account Manager can be put towards a #TogetherUlster Membership (coming soon), individual match tickets as they become available or a 2021/22 Season Ticket, when the club expects to reintroduce a Season Ticket offering. What is a #TogetherUlster Membership? Due to the introduction of social distancing measures at sporting events for some time to come, Ulster Rugby has taken the decision not to offer a traditional Season Ticket in 2020/21. Instead, the club will be launching its new club membership - #TogetherUlster - the many benefits of which include priority access to match tickets as they become available. Keep an eye on our website and social media channels for more details and announcements. I am an existing Season Ticket holder. Will I now lose my seat? All existing Season Ticket holders will retain their rights and benefits for the 2021/22 season when the club expects to reintroduce a Season Ticket offering. Can I contact the Ticket Office?
