As Proud sponsor of Ulster Rugby for 19 years, Bank of Ireland are delighted to offer fans the chance to win a trip to watch Toulouse v Ulster on the 20th December at the Stade Ernest Wallon.



To enter the competition entrants must submit a photograph of their favourite Ulster Rugby memory over the past 19 years with a caption of no more than 20 words telling us why its your favourite memory. Post your picture with caption on social media sites Twitter, Facebook or Instagram with the hashtag #showURsupport or alternatively via email to standup@ulsterrugby.com. The winning entry will be the entry judged as the best photograph and caption by the panel with the competition closing at 5pm on Monday 30th November.

Entrants much be available to travel on the 19th and 20th December. The VIP Trip includes two match tickets, Official pre and post match hospitality, return flights for two adults from Belfast International Airport to Toulouse and 1 nights' accommodation for two adults sharing a double or twin room including breakfast. Bank of Ireland UK European Rugby Champions Cup Competition Rules

These competition rules (the "Rules") apply to the competition (the "Competition").

The Promoters are Bank of Ireland (UK) PLC, 4th floor, 1 Donegall Square South, Belfast, BT1 5LR and Ulster Rugby, Kingspan Stadium, 85 Ravenhill Park, Belfast, BT6 0DG.
  • Entrants must be 18 years or over at the time of entry to the Competition.
  • The Competition is open between 12 noon on 23 November and 5pm on 30 November 2015.
  • Employees of the Bank of Ireland Group and Ulster Rugby, their associated companies, advertising and marketing consultants, agents and anyone connected with the Competition and their families are not eligible to enter the Competition.
  • To enter the Competition entrants must submit a photograph and caption, containing less than 20 words, using social media sites Twitter, Facebook or Instagram with the hashtag #showURsupport or alternatively via email to standup@ulsterrugby.com.
  • Entrants may only enter the Competition once.
  • The Promoters cannot be held responsible for a breakdown in communication systems or networks that may result in an entry not being registered, accepted or processed.
  • Responsibility will not be accepted for entries which are lost, delayed or mislaid.
  • Judging will take place on 1 December 2015. The panel will include one member who is independent of the Competition. No Bank of Ireland UK customers or members of the public may attend the adjudication process.
  • The winner will be informed on the 2 December 2015 via the mechanism by which they entered - i.e. email or social media.
  • The winning entry will be the entry judged as the best photograph and caption by the panel. The winner will be notified within 24 hours of the decision date. If the winner cannot be contacted within 3 working days of the decision date, the next best selected entry will be contacted within 24 hours and allocated the prize.
  • The Promoters' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • The winner must be available for travel on the 19th and 20th December 2015.
  • The winner's prize will consist of 2 match tickets to Toulouse v Ulster in the Stade Ernest Wallon Stadium, Toulouse, pre match hospitality, return flights for two adults (inclusive of taxes and charges) from Belfast International Airport to Toulouse and 1 nights' accommodation for two adults sharing a double or twin room including breakfast. The outbound flight is to be taken on the 19th December and the return flight on the 20th December 2015. The following transfers in France are covered; to and from the airport and to and from the match, however these transfers will be with the Ulster Rugby representatives and not with the Ulster Rugby team. Please note that any transfers to and from Belfast International Airport are not included.
  • The winner and their travelling companion will be responsible for obtaining their own travel insurance, any relevant travel documents and any other costs associated with the prize, other than those as set out in clause 14 above. Travelling companion must be over 18 years of age at the time of travel.
  • The prize is not transferable and there is no cash alternative in whole or part.
  • The Promoters reserves the right to refuse entry or to refuse to award a prize to anyone in breach of these Rules.
  • All entries will automatically become the property of Bank of Ireland UK.
  • All entrants consent to the storage and use of their names, images and details by the promoters for publicity purposes in any medium. Entrants also agree that their names and images may be disclosed by the promoters to its agents for the purposes of administering the Competition and/or the prize. Entrants also agree that the promoters are free to reproduce, publish and use any images in its original format or altered in any way as they deem appropriate for the purposes of advertising.
  • By entering into this promotion, entrants accept that their personal data will be processed by the Promoters, the controller of their personal data for the purpose of the administration of this promotion and as set out in rule 19 above.
  • The Promoters accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever in relation to any matter arising out of the Competition or the enjoyment of the prize.
  • The winner will work with the Promoters and will comply with any reasonable requests of the Promoters in respect of the arrangements necessary to enjoy the prize.

  • Competition entrants shall be deemed to have accepted these Competition Rules.
