U13 BOWL: RANDALSTOWN 24 - 5 CITY OF DERRY
U15 BOWL: NEWRY 29 - 21 OMAGH
Newry had built up a good lead with some attractive rugby and despite a strong comeback from Omagh, the County Down side held on to secure the win.
U17 BOWL: CAVAN 36 - 19 NEWRY
The second team from Newry participating in the finals day but unlike their young club mates, they weren’t able to bring home silverware. They put up a brave fight but the Cavan side were well organised and were fully deserving of their victory.
U19 BOWL: BALLYMENA 34 - 26 BALLYMONEY
As expected, this was a very evenly contested derby match. Ballymena scored first and kept their noses in front throughout the match, with a late score helping to give them some breathing space.
Next up is the Ulster Carpets Youth Plate Finals, to be held at Mid Ulster Sports Arena on Saturday 27th April.
