Ballymena are the current holders of the Ulster Carpets U18 Cup, having beaten Belfast Met 32-8 in last season’s final.
The following 1st Round Cup fixtures will take place on or before the 4th of March 2023:

- Virginia v Ballymoney
- Carrick v Armagh
- Banbridge - Bye
- Dungannon v Belfast Met/Instonians
- Coleraine v Portadown
- Cavan/Clogher Valley v Rainey OB
Teams eliminated at this stage of the Cup will drop down to compete in the Ulster Carpets U18 Plate 2nd Round.
Ulster Carpets U16 Cup
Coleraine are the current holders of the Ulster Carpets U16 Cup, having beaten Virginia 27-13 in last season’s final.
