Mr David Thomas Crowe Workman (BEM) - 'For services to rugby and to community relations in Ballynahinch'
David was President of the IRFU (Ulster Branch) in the 2007/08 season, and has been long standing member of Ballynahinch RFC having served as both club President and Chairman. He was known as a formidable forward in his playing days.
Mr Martin Howard Pitt (MBE) - 'Chair, Radius Housing Association. For services to social housing'.
Martin is the current Chair of the Ulster Rugby Foundation, which seeks to fundraise across grassroots rugby in Ulster.
Stephen Watson (MBE) - 'Services to Broadcasting and kidney transplant awareness and fundraising in Northern Ireland'
The son of former Ulster Rugby coach and Ulster Branch President, Cecil Watson, Stephen has covered Ulster Rugby since his school days, writing articles for Ireland's Saturday Night and an Ulster Rugby Magazine.
As his career progressed, Stephen became a regular anchor and presenter for the BBC's coverage of Ulster Rugby matches and Rugby World Cups covering Ireland.
His standout moment of covering the province is the 1999 European Cup Final victory over French side, Colomiers, at Lansdowne Road.
Stephen says however that his ultimate Ulster Rugby memory came long before journalism. That was when he was allowed out of primary school to watch his dad coach an Ulster side against the All Blacks Touring side, who came to Belfast back in November 1978.
The All Blacks would take a 23-3 victory that day, but it was still a lifelong memory for Stephen and many other Ulster supporters there that day.
Mr George Alexander Fleming (MBE) - 'Chair, Fleming agri products. For services to business, to employment and to apprenticeships.'
George is the Club President of City of Derry RFC. The club posted on their social media channel that he has been a passionate and dedicated supporter of the club for many years, and throughout his time as President he has been incredibly hands-on, always giving his time, energy and support to help the club grow and thrive.
