Ulster Development side named to face New England Independents

Academy Manager, Gavin Hogg has named the Development squad who will take on Boston-based, New England Independents, tomorrow afternoon at Kingspan Stadium. (KO: 3.30pm)

The match will consist of three 30 minute sessions, to give more game-time to the extended squads from each side.

Team

Academy back-rower, James McNabney, who made his Senior Mne's debut during the season, captains the side.

The Ballymena man starts at eight, where is joined Academy prospect, Tom Brigg, at blindside flanker and Senior Men's flanker, Marcus Rea, on the openside.

The front row sees Academy player, Jack Boal, at loosehead prop, Development talent, James McCormick, at hooker and tighthead prop, Flynn Longstaff.

Locks, David Gillespie and Charlie Irvine start together in the second row.

The half back partnership sees Development player, Conor McKee, and Eamon Rogers at fly-half.

On the wings, Michael McLean starts on the left wing and Senior Men's speedster, Aaron Sexton, starting on the right.

Development player, Ben Carson, starts at inside centre and Johnny Scott joins him at outside centre.

Academy back, Rory Telfer, completes the line-up, starting at full-back.
