Ulster Juniors coaches confirmed for 2023 Interpro Series

Graeme Eastwood will again take up the role of Head Coach for the Ulster Juniors for this year's Interpro Series.

Damien Campbell of Lurgan RFC will again work as assistant coach, focussing on forwards and defence, with Jeremy Ogle of Dromore RFC back on board as Team Manager.

Ulster Juniors are a senior men's team which is selected from the best players in Championship 1, 2, and 3.

They play in an Interpro Series against their counterparts in Leinster, Munster, and Connacht for the Junior Interpro Championship. Graeme and the squad finished 2nd last season and are looking to go one better this time out.

More than 50 players recently took part in a trial evening which was hosted at Rainey OB RFC. A further announcement will follow, confirming the Interpro Training Squad.

Further fixture details will be confirmed at a later date, with Ulster scheduled to play their opening fixture away from home on April 29th. They'll then play at home on May 6th, before finishing with an away trip on May 13th.

Last year, Ulster began the 2022 series with an impressive 21-10 win over Leinster at Carrickfergus RFC, but were beaten 39-17 in Munster.

They then beat Connacht Juniors 59-33 at Lurgan RFC to confirm their 2nd place finish in the series, which was won by Munster.
