Ulster players travelling to Navan RFC to face Leinster in pre-season friendly named

As preparations ahead of the new season continue, Dan McFarland has named 33 players to make the journey to Navan RFC to face Leinster tomorrow night (KO 6 30pm) in a friendly game against the familiar rivals.

Part of Leinster’s #12CountyTour, which has seen the opposition host open training sessions around their province, the Ulster men will be using tomorrow night’s game as an opportunity to warm-up ahead of the new United Rugby Championship season getting underway next month.

With another two friendlies on the horizon, including a historic home fixture to be hosted at Kingspan Breffni in Cavan, the Senior Men’s squad will be fine-tuning as the countdown continues.

Tickets for the fixture can be purchased here – with live updates on the match available for supporters across Ulster Rugby’s channels.
