In the front row, Callum Reid starts at loosehead prop, where he is joined by Ulster stalwart, John Andrew at hooker and new development player, Ben Griffin, who starts at tighthead.
Cormac Izuchukwu starts at lock, where he is partnered by Irish international, Kieran Treadwell, who was involved in the Ireland summer training camp in preparation for the 2023 Rugby World Cup.
Ballymena man Matty Rea starts at flanker along with development player and Ireland U20 player Reuben Crothers with Ireland international Nick Timoney completing the back row at number 8.
David Shanahan and Angus Curtis start as the scrum half/ fly-half partnership.
Development player Jude Postlethwaite starts in the centre, alongside the experienced Luke Marshall.
The back three consists of Aaron Sexton on the left wing, Ethan McIlroy getting the nod on the right and Armagh man Shea O'Brien completing the starting 15 at full back.
