It marks a historic occasion for the province, as Ulster Rugby is set to play its first-ever match at an Ulster GAA venue.
Following a narrow pre-season defeat last weekend in Italy, the Ulster men will be looking to fine-tune preparations for the upcoming campaign.
Hooker Tom Stewart, who recently made his Senior Ireland international debut as part of the Rugby World Cup warm-up matches, will captain the side.
Stewart is joined by Ballymena man, Andy Warwick, at loosehead and Greg McGrath at tighthead. 26-year-old McGrath will provide front row cover, with a number of Ulster players unavailable due to injury or involvement in the Rugby World Cup.
McGrath was most recently playing for Jersey Reds, and was previously with Interprovincial rivals, Leinster and Connacht. The versatile prop can play both on sides of the scrum.
Matty Rea and Kieran Treadwell pair up in the second row. New signing, Dave Ewers, comes in as blindside flanker, with the former Exeter Chiefs star joined by openside flanker Marcus Rea and David McCann at 8 in a powerful back row.
After captaining Ulster last week against Benetton, Nathan Doak, starts again at scrum-half, where he is partnered by Jake Flannery at fly-half.
Ulster Rugby Academy products, Jude Postlethwaite and James Hume, start as the centre partnership, with Postlethwaite hoping to build on last season, where he made his debut for Ulster's Senior Men's team.
Jacob Stockdale returns to action on the left wing, following his involvement in the Ireland Rugby World Cup training camp, where he made appearances against Italy and Samoa in the warm-up matches.
Rob Baloucoune starts on the right wing after getting 40 minutes last week against Benetton, and Will Addison starts at full-back as he ramps up his return to competitive action.
John Andrew, Billy Burns, Ben Carson, Reuben Crothers, Angus Curtis, Cameron Doak, Ben Griffin, Cormac Izuchukwu, Ethan McIlroy, Conor Mckee, Stewart Moore, Ben Moxham, Shea O’Brien, Aaron Sexton, Dave Shanahan, Harry Sheridan and Nick Timoney make up the replacements.
