In order to address key player welfare issues, Ulster Rugby have organised a series of SAFE Rugby Courses and Concussion Seminars for the season ahead.
SAFE Rugby Courses
This one day practical injury management course is aimed at non-medical personnel, coaches, parents, players and referees involved with club or school teams at any age level.
Course open to all.

Concussion Seminars
The session will give an insight into how concussions occur, what concussions look like and how the concussed player may appear immediately and over the next few days. It will talk about how best to recover and the Graduated Return to Play policy, followed by a Question & Answer session.
