Ulster Rugby to hold Sport and Medicine Meeting

The meeting for physiotherapists, doctors and allied clinical staff, will take place on the evening of Tuesday 3rd October, with registration from 6.15pm in the A&L Goodbody Lounge at Kingspan Stadium.

6.15pm- Registration

6.30pm- Mr Michael Eames, Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon, Wrist and Hand Injuries in Sport

7.10pm- Chris McNicholl, Lead Physiotherapist at Ulster Rugby, Hamstring Injuries- Clinical decision making around return to play

7.50pm- Dr Caithriona Yeomans, Medical Manager Developmental Game, IRFU, Concussion- can we make the return to play safer? The new IRFU Graduated Return to Play Protocols 2023

8.30pm- Gareth O'Neil, Senior Team Physiotherapist at Ulster Rugby, 54321, The realities of a year working in professional rugby- Redundancy, Resilience and Returning home.
