From the start of the 2016/17 Ulster Bank League the IRFU have added 3 Divisions (1A, 1B and 2A) into the the drug testing pool. With this in mind Ulster Rugby are offering two Anti-Doping / Supplement workshops within Ulster.
There is no cost to attend and the content will be the same at both venues.

- Kingspan Stadium (Wed 14th Sept, 7-9pm): Book now
- Banbridge RFC (Mon 26th Sept, 7-9pm): Book now
The IRFU has a zero tolerance policy when it comes to ‘positive’ drug tests so we would grateful if all club players, coaches, referees, medical staff or any others who might have an interest in this area would consider attending one of these workshops.
Supplements: An evidence based guide to those which may give you edge, those that are a waste of money and may be harmful to your health and counterproductive to performance.
Anti-Doping: The Irish Rugby Football Union fully recognises the need and its responsibility to remain vigilant at all times to the threat of performance enhancing drugs in the sport. Through the workshop content you will learn about the consequences of doping, your responsibilities to 'Keep Rugby Clean' and how to check medication and supplements.
