Robert Baloucoune returns from international duties and is selected on the right wing, with Ben Moxham coming in on the left and Rob Lyttle named at full-back. James Hume is also back from Ireland camp and comes into the midfield to partner Stuart McCloskey. Nathan Doak and Billy Burns have retained their starting berths at scrum-half and out-half.
Tom O’Toole returns from international duties to start at tighthead prop, alongside Andrew Warwick at loosehead and John Andrew at hooker. Kieran Treadwell is also released from the Ireland squad and is named in the second row with Sam Carter. David McCann comes in to start at blindside flanker with Marcus Rea lining out at openside. Nick Timoney returns from Ireland camp and completes the pack at Number Eight - he will skipper the side for the first time.
Cormac Izuchukwu could make his first appearance this season off the bench as he returns from injury. Matty Rea and Marty Moore have also recovered from injury and Brad Roberts returns from Wales camp, joining Eric O’Sullivan in the forward replacements. David Shanahan, Ian Madigan and Stewart Moore will provide back line cover.
