In the front row, Australia international Angus Bell starts at loosehead prop alongside record appearance holding hooker Rob Herring and Ireland star, Tom O’Toole, at tighthead prop.
Captain Iain Henderson joins Cormac Izuchukwu in the second row, with the towering forward returning after concussion.
There is one change to the back row trio from last week’s URC victory over Zebre Parma.
David McCann and Nick Timoney retain their positions at blindside and openside flankers, while South African powerhouse Juarno Augustus starts at number eight, following his impact from the bench against Zebre Parma.
In the half-backs, Ireland international scrum-half, Nathan Doak, starts alongside Jake Flannery at fly-half.
Guinness Six Nations star Stuart McCloskey and James Hume continue their formidable midfield partnership at twelve and thirteen.
There is one change to the back three this weekend, with Ireland international Jacob Stockdale coming back in to start on the left wing. Last week’s Player of the Match, Werner Kok, starts on the right flank. Ethan McIlroy completes the XV at full-back.
Murphy can call on a strong bench, with a 5:3 split.
