Both teams will use the match to prepare for the new Guinness PRO12 season, which kicks off on the weekend of 4th September and the game is sure to see a mix of familiar faces and up-and-coming stars.
Last year the two provinces played a pre-season game in Tallaght Stadium with Ulster getting the narrow win by 10 points to 7.
The game is included as part of the 2015/16 season ticket package.
