After 18 rounds of the regular season, Ulster finished in third place and will therefore have home advantage against sixth placed Munster in the opening stage of the play-offs.
All quarter-final fixtures will be played on the weekend of 3-5 June, with the fixture details to be confirmed on Monday morning following a meeting of the tournament organisers and broadcasters.
