Head coach Ricky Andrew has named his starting XV to kick-off their interprovincial campaign this Sunday against Leinster.
Owen O'Kane will captain the squad, running out as fly-half. Fergus Callington will join him at scrum-half to complete the partnership.
Matthew Wright lines out in the front row as loosehead prop, with Nathan Noble at hooker and Angus Graham at tighthead.
Packing out the second row is Noah Bell and Paddy Woods.
Completing the forward pack is Sam Clarke at blindside flanker, Harry McIlwaine at openside, and Charlie Hargy at 8.
Callum Largey and Max Readman run on in the midfield partnership, with Matthew Callaghan and Ryan McDowell joining them on the wings. Finishing out the back three is James Kerr, at full-back.
Replacement cover will come from Michael McCavery, Luke Caskey, Raanan Potter, Dylan Fox, Harry Lamont, Luke Gibson, Rueben Allen and Russell Lovo.
