Over 30 girls from Ulster University Coleraine turned out in horrendous conditions on Wednesday 4th October to Give Rugby a Try.
The players cited numerous reasons for turning up. Some saw the Women’s Rugby World Cup and were curious to know more, some just wanted to try something new, some saw it as a way of meeting new friends at the start of their University life.
Following the session the one thing they all agreed they had in common was that they thoroughly enjoyed themselves!
