Ulster v Barbarians - One month to go!

The anticipation is building with just one month to go until Ulster take on the Barbarians at Kingspan Stadium.

Ulster v Barbarians
Thursday 1st June, 7.30pm at Kingspan Stadium

For Ulster fans, it will be one final opportunity to see departing stars Ruan Pienaar and Roger Wilson in action, while the Barbarians will be bringing a world class selection of talent to entertain the Kingspan Stadium crowd.

Barbarians Head Coach Vern Cotter has just announced that France great Thierry Dusautoir has been included in his squad, in what will be the back row forward’s final game before retiring to end a glittering career. Dusautoir led France a record 56 times in his 80 Tests and captained the side that reached the 2011 Rugby World Cup final, when he was named World Rugby Player of the Year.

Dusautoir will be accompanied by France full back Maxime Medard and Argentina lock Patricio Albacete, while New Zealand lock Jeremy Thrush will join the squad from Gloucester.

Earlier this month the Baabaas also confirmed the recruitment of Adam Ashley-Cooper, Will Genia (both Australia), Facundo Isa (Argentina) and Census Johnston (Samoa), who bring a wealth of international experience with them, as well as All Black World Cup winner Corey Flynn (New Zealand) and Connacht centre Bundee Aki, who won the PRO12 player of the year last season.
